Hi, I'm Randy Gauger, founder and lead trainer at Tuned In Athlete Development. My journey into fitness began over 16 years ago through a diverse background in cycling, strength & conditioning, running, CrossFit, motocross, gymnastics, and skiing.

I first explored this concept in 2018, but officially started Tuned In in 2025 as a means to help a wide variety of athletes reach their full potential. After seeing many online trends of misguided fitness advice, I wanted to create a platform that offered genuine support and effective solutions.

I use the Tuned In platform to spread real fitness advice driven by personal experiences and proven results. My mission is simple: cut through the noise and provide athletes with training that actually works, backed by science and tailored to their unique needs.
